We have been going to this classic English luxury hotel for more than 4 decades. It has consistently delivered the highest standard of service. The English breakfast is an additional outstanding luxury.

We cannot find room for improvement other than the opportunity to stay longer.

Maybe best location of a London hotel, beautiful wintergarden, beautiful building. Staff very nice and helpful.

No hand shower in the bathroom is ridiculous for this price, small rooms in general due to the historic building, Helene Darozze most overrated 3 star restaurant in the world ;-)
